Depends on how fast you can absorb things. It is, after all, only a multiple-choice exam. As I recall, the Aris track to the DBA exam is 14 class-days long, right? You can cover a lot in 14 days.

For what it's worth, I sent one of the DBAs on my team to an ARIS class, and he was _very_ impressed with the quality of the instructor, and with what he learned.
