Please do not post ads in discussion groups. This article would be fine in comp.databases.oracle.marketplace and I am sure there must be a New Jersey jobs news group also. But comp.databases.oracle.misc is for Oracle questions and discussions.

Posting the same ad 3times under two different names (hotmail addresses) also seems to be overkill.
