Peter,

This is one of the short comings of the new Oracle CASE tool. In CASE 5.0 and 5.1 you were able to enter multiple entities from the same window by just hitting the new record key.

Somehow the wonder boys & girls at Oracle felt that the tool needed to be dumbed down so that anyone could use it. Designer is ergonomically inefficient in many ways.

Enough with my opinions and back to your question.

I also do not recommend that you enter information directly into the repository tables without a good data model to guide you. There are many foreign keys and you risk missing a dependency which will cause problems for you in other areas of the tool.

You can create entities directly in the Repository Object Navigator. This might be the way for you to go.
