Recently, I am working on JShape - Oracle Spatial Cartridge Extension. The complete extension will be due by the end of this year. Right now, the JSCLayer "Java Shapefile to Oracle Spatial Cartridge Loader" 1.0 (Beta 2) is freely available for testing.
