Accessing MS Exchange from a C application on AIX

Hello:

I'm looking for a way to allow a C batch program (written with the Oracle ProC pre-compiler and C for AIX 4.3.x) running on an IBM RS/6000 SP box to query an Oracle8 table containing rows of e-mail addresses and e-mail text, forward the data, and have the emails sent through MS Exchange. Any help would be great. Thanks!
