Oracle course materials needed

Hai,

I'm a new entrant to the field of Oralce DBA. I have recently come to USA and I would like to get more help from those who are already in this area. Please provide me some useful links,books etc which would help me in my works. Also I would like to appear for the OCP exams but I can't afford to pay such a hefty fees.
If anyone can offer the Oracle course materials (ILT) I can pay them any minimum amount, if required or else I can return them after I once go through them. Please help me in this regard.
