Is is possible to completely develop a database using Personal Oracle
8.04 for NT and move that database to the workgroup or enterprise server
without rewriting the database - ie: simply copying it with data and
everything? If not, what would the process be? I assume most people
don't initially start developing and prototyping applications against the
full server, so what is the normal process?
