Write a procedure using a for loop retieving your start, end and delta values
from your table. Inside your procedure , insert your display values to a temp
table . Call this procedure in your BEFORE REPORT trigger.  Once you have the
the tables, its pretty straight forward... I am sure that there is a more
elegant solution but this may do for now...
