Hi ,

In forms 3.0 , you have to do

1 - you have to save the reference form on the database 2 - if the user is the same skip this one , else you have to give a grant on the reference form for the other user
3 - sorry the third step I don't remember it exactly because I worked on Forms 3 , 2 years ago .

     I think it is ( F8 ) where a pop up window populate ( you cab see it in the key help) , Anyway , in the pop up window you have to write the name of your reference form then the name of the procedure ( source) , then you have to write the name of the target procedure . 4- when you reference a procedure , you have to see the code in your form , but you will not be able to modify it in forms 3.0
