Yes, the control files all have the same contents. Backup the old ones in case you need them (always a good idea), then just copy the one good control file you have over the others.

BTW: a "fuzzy" restore has a very specific meaning in the Oracle world, different from the way you use it here. Fuzzy normally means a hot backup was done without putting the tablespace in backup mode. Different thing....
