Sadly, no. It is not completely functional and I hear it will even be
removed in the next release. It is not usable in its current form, so
unless they are planning to fix it...



What does work is the JAC (Java Access Classes) which is no help if
you are using C++. The OKAPI also works, but the documentation is
poor.
