Objects for OLE trouble

I have a Visual C app that uses Oracle Objects for OLE. It runs just fine on my development computer but not on other computers. I've done the steps that the help files say to do regarding "redistributable files" but that doesn't seem to help. When I run the app and create an ODatabase object, I get a message box with the following text "Specified class not registered in registry."

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
