I don't know if anyone has picked up on this but I confess I have not been reading the news groups for a while so sorry if its common knowledge.

Oracle say that they provide "conformance with the ANSI X3.135-1992/ISO 9075-1992 standard" however, they are wrong!!!!!!!

Their OUTER JOIN syntax is different from everybody else's. So who gave them the sticker to say they were?
