Oracle8 Client for win98

Hello:

I tried to run Oracle8 Client (version 8.0.3.0.0) for Windows NT and Windows 95 on Windows and
I was not be able to run it. Is there any problem to run this software on Windows 98? If there is, is there any patch to solve this problem?
