Backup Manager NT Permissions

This is probably a dumb question but I'm relatively new to NT and can't get this to work. I've set up Backup Manager to do a full database backup. When it creates its backup file on the Oracle server this works fine. However I'd prefer to backup onto another server over the network but I can't work out what NT file permissions I need to set up on the destination server. I have a local account, orcagent, on the Oracle server which has the right "logon as batch job" but no mater what I seem to set up on the destination server, orcagent doesn't have permission to write its backup file there. I'd very much appreciate any assistance in setting this up.

Many thanks,
