I got exactly the same problem with win98 only. When I try run that lsnrctln80.exe in win98 it crash like hell (PO8.0.3) but it worked find on a win95 box. I just wants to see if there is any place I can get a update lsnrctl80.exe that won't crash..... actually many of those .exe like that crash in win98.... perhaps just a few .dll isn't compatible?
