How to suppress columns in report 2.5

Having problem with reports 2.5.

I have a repeating frame that has the following columns. My problem is when there is a COMMENT FIELD. I would like to suppress the other column field and print through them with a string for example: :

date				COMMENTS				collection# 			file_number				user_acc	
22-0ct		NULL								123444									9992343								smith
23-Dec		This is the comment. Please add this text only.					
25-Jan		NUll								123434									1234324									bell

Please post possible situtions.
