Connect via TCP and RAS

On my Notebook I have installed TCP/IP to connect to my Oracle-Server. It works fine.

But since I installed RAS to use the Internet and to connect to my Network from anywhere, I have following problem:

I start e.g. the SQL-Worksheet. (The Notebook is connected to my network.) Then the RAS-Standard-Connection is started and ask me to create a internet connection. I have to cancel it (more than once) then I get the database connection.

Does anybody know how I can stop that action?

Kind regards
