EXPIRATION OF AUTHENTICATION - Web Server 3.0

How do you expire authentication user logins? This would be useful in simulating a kiosk environment -
where a user logs out and his connection is terminated - without having to close the browser.

 Is there a process that can expire the login information?

Any help would be appreciated ...
