I find this a slightly infuriating book - it's hard to use it as a reference guide because the indexing seems fairly poor and many things are not covered in enough detail. It's a nice book to dip into and get some good ideas about the use of PL/SQL in a philosophical kind of a way.

For reference, I'd go for the Scott Urman book.
