What is the Oracle SID?

I connect to several different servers to run sqlplus or PL/SQL queries.
Is there any way sqlplus can identify the server (Oracle SID) on which the
query is running?  Something like "select oracle_sid from dual" would be
nice. I'd like to include this in the btitle.
