oracle on nt or unix

Hi

Currently we got out production and development oracle systems sitting on NT servers

The company is thinking of moving them on to a unix system

has any one got any views as to whether we should move to unix or stay with NT

I need to know the pros or cons of moving

any advice would be appreciated
