How to find which base tables columns are from in a view?

Given a view, how can I determine which column is associated with which base table? From all_dependencies, I can see which base tables form a particular view, but that is only halfway there. Any help would be appreciated, and if possible, please cc to lpoon_at_isr.umd.edu. Thanks.
