Lsnrctl problems after upgrade (7.3.3 to 7.3.4) - Any Ideas??

Hi, I recently upgraded to 7.3.4 and durring the installation process i got errors that the TNS files were not linked:

Goodbye...

Has anyone else experienced my grief? If so, what did you do? This is Oracle 7.3.4.0.0 on Solaris 2.6 5/98
