Hi, all



Anybody knows if I use Sql*plus to connect an oracle server without
TNSNAME.ORA definenation.



for example.



I am in dec unix environment, I don't have SYSDBA and root role, so I can't
change the tnsname.ora content.



If I want to connect a oracle database from dec unix to PC, may I ??
