There are 4 exams for Oracle certification. These do not include Oracle 8 features. You may take 1 additional Oracle 8 'upgrade' exam afterwards. You will then be Oracle 7 and Oracle 8 certified.

No.

Oracle press have just released a book called Oracle DBA Certification. It's expensive, but very much worth a look. It has a test CD with 450 questions at the back. Check it out to answer many of your queries on certification.
