Help with report 2.5

I am a newbie I am using Oracle 7 reports 2.5 (using OpenVMS). My question is how do I do the following:

My report look like this

C name		comments		M Desc													C Type			Counts		
a100														This is a test					Bilevel		UI
a101														This data is good		Mulit				UI
a102														Happy news									Octal				BI
a122			Comments:This information was added 12-25-99 ect ect.
a133													 More test data					Bileve			UI

The whole concept is that when the record has COMMENT field the data is all text and is suppose to be written though all of the other fields (ie) when there is COMMENT data there is no M Desc, C Type or Counts data and I want the whole COMMENT field to print out through the whole line.
