Hi Leila,

I haven't come across any that are devoted solely to novices. If you look at the following newsgroups you will find a wealth of information and many who are more than willing to help you. The Oracle newsgroups are:

    comp.database.oracle
    comp.databases.oracle.misc
    comp.databases.oracle.server
    comp.databases.oracle.tools
