Hi I'm a newbie at oracle over the net type of access. We are looking at odbc but there may be firewall or proxy issues so others in our team are looking at creating parsers and sending text back and forth over https. I'm not looking forward to parsing data all day long. Are there any alternatives that would provide odbc or odbc like connectivity over https that can actually send or receive a recordset? I can understand getting a recordset back but I can't grasp the posting concept over https if you have a large data collection. I've seen some some about oracle http listener but what about sending data back to the server does this product provide that support ? Thanks in advance for help.
