Instead of triggers not enabled with PO 8.0.4

I'm getting the error "ORA-00439: feature not enabled: instead of
triggers" when I try to create an instead of trigger on a view in
Personal Oracle v8.0.4.  I didn't have this problem in v8.0.3.



Anybody got any ideas?  Thanks.
