HELP: Web Development

There is a bunch of us here who have been trying to figure out how to
the web enablement features of oracle works. Some of us are developing
PL/SQL front-end whilst others are doing it with Java. PLEASE
someone/anybody enlighten us on


- what exactly do we need? (ie products)
