Konfiguration for Oracle Applications

We use "Oracle Applications" on Windows95 (64MB RAM, Pentium, ...) and we have big problems with Performance, Stability of the Program (=> Windows Protection Violation,...). Our PC's has no special configuration for Oracle Applications and we use Lotus Notes, MS Office, ... on this PC's.

Who knows a good working PC-Konfiguration ? Please help !!
