OWAS 3.0 and PL/SQL, LiveHtml cartridge

Hi all

I am having problem using LiveHtml and PL/SQL cartridge together.

I got this LiveHtml file which contains a PL/SQL cartridge call. eg
http://abc.com.sg/..../try.shtml?name=Lim+Hock+chuan The problem is LiveHtml will change the "+" back to space. The LiveHtml pass the CGI vairable "name" to PL/SQL <!--#request
URL="http://abc.com.sg/..../my_stored_procedure?v_name='$name'" -->

PL/SQL will receive the $name variable as "Lim Hock Chuan" which is illegal.
How do i stop LiveHtml from changing blank and other special characters.
