Re: Exporting Oracle table to a plain ASCII file

Take a look at Infomaker (Sybase). It's a reporting tool, but it includes a very easy to use data pipeline that allows you to transfer data between any 2 databases. It uses native drivers for Oracle, but can also use ODBC.
