Export To SQL*Loader

I'm relatively new to the Oracle world and would like to know if there
is any software available which takes an Export file and creates both
the SQL*loader control file and the corresponding input file.  I wish to
benchmark the elapsed times vs import.  I have a very small window
available to do table reorgs and need to optimize the process.
