Help on Oracle 7.3 WGS user account oracle7 and wgsuser (Solaris)

Hi,
This question is about Oracle 7.3 Workgroup server running on Solaris 2.6. The dataserver runs as user oracle7 and there is also an account called wgsuser. There is also supposed to be a group (dba?) that exists. However they were inadvertantly wiped out. Now of course the whole server is down. What I need is:

1. All of the information needed to recreate those users and groups, including any group permissions, etc.
2. The appropriate .profile for these users so the environment is set properly for these users.
