Hi Charles:

Thank you very very much for your help.

But when I got make a new connection through Navigator, I got the following error:

   Connecting....

   The test did not succeed.
   ORA-12226: TNS:operating system resource quota exceeded

   There may be an error in the fields entered    or the server may not be ready for a connection.    You can check the server and retry, or continue.
