OCI Programming and Delphi 16 bit

I have been trying to connect to my Oracle 7.1 database using OCI and Delphi 1. I have had no luck in finding documentation, or any examples of anyone doing this. I am aware of at least one 32-bit Delphi solution that uses the OCI, but they do not provide a 16 bit version. Is there some inherent problem with attempting this? If anyone has had any experience with this, I would appreciate a tip or two...

P.S. I know that ODBC is always an option, but for this purpose I would like to circumvent it (and the BDE while I'm at it!) Received on Tue Aug 11 1998 - 00:00:00 CDT
