What do you mean by ASCII.

Your database is an WEEBCDIC1047 and you want the ascii equivalent.
Desplay the ascii or ebcdic value of a charactere select ascii ('0') from dual ; give 0x30 WEISO8859P1or 0xF0.WEEBCDID1047
Or do you want select dump ( col ) from table ;
