Oracle8 ODBC insert-date problems

Hiya All-

I have a problem with inserting system dates from an NT workstation using any version of net8 and oracle odbc driver to oracle8. The problem does not occur with oracle7 and associated drivers.

The problem manifests itself when doing an insert. If multiple rows need to be inserted, the timestamp for the first row will be applied to all rows.

Has anyone seen or heard of a similar problem and hopefully a workaround?
