Replication Problem with oracle

I was trying to use replication manager to implement mutimaster replication between two servers. I am using oracle Enterprise Edition 8.0.4 for Win NT 4.0

The manual says there should be three packages generated RP, RR, RL. But I my case I found only RP, RR packages generated. This is the case for one master group.
for another master group I am getting "No generated objects were found" Has anyone face these problems? what could be wrong I am doing?
