In addition to your remark I can add that I've had a very good experience with the ToadSoft support. I had found some strange behavior in TOAD and sent an email to them. They got back to me the next day. Together we traced down the error and two days later the fixed version of TOAD was on their site ready to be downloaded! Definitely something you wouldn't expect of other packages. The error concerned only a small group of users and it wasn't essential for the functioning of the package but still they found time to immediately fix it.

I don't have any commercial interest in ToadSoft. Just a satisfied user.
