The Osburne/McGraw-Hill Silver Oracle book Oracle8 PL/SQL Programming is
good. Their is also an O'Reiley PL/SQL book which is similar. If you can use
Adobe Acrobat documents the oracle documentation can be found at
http://www.oracle.com/support/products/o8s/nt/html/doc.html and the PL/SQL
reference is
