Oracle OBDC Error?

Ok, I get the following message, not much unlike someone else's recently, but I have a different native error code, and I don't know what it stands for...

I get this message:

SQLSTATE: IM003
NATIVE ERROR CODE: 160
DRIVER MESSAGE: specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 5(oracle73)

We have another server running, that basically gets the same thing....

SQLSTATE: IM003
NATIVE ERROR CODE: 160
DRIVER MESSAGE: specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 5(oracle73 Ver 2.5)

Any help would be great, thanks...
