DBA cert how-to

To all Oracle Gurus out there:
I realize that "there is no royal road" to DBA certification but-- could someone please suggest GOOD reference material that has exercises and practice questions so that the the student does not suffer needlessly during the four exam track! Is the Oracle Corp. training as good as they say? The Student Guides and Workbooks supposedly "correlate 100% with the exams. Is that so and does anyone have any out there? Help!
