Hello All,

My development group delivered a client/server product that reqiures users running
Win95/NT to connect to the oracale 7 database via SQL*NET using Oracle ODBC Users must have Oracle ODBC/SQL*NET configured on their PC.

The problem is that some of the users are located ouside the United States in countries
such as Russia, South Africa etc.

We want to package all they need to access the database in an install shield format and
have them download it from the company's website.

Que: Has any one out there done this? Is it doable? Oracle declined to help.

We have considered a CD-ROM server where all users can map to a shared drive and install the SQL *NET, but that will only work well for user on the LAN not for WAN users.

Thanks for any information you may provide.
