I am in the beginning phases of designing a new application written in C++ interfacing with an Oracle database. In the past I have used RogueWave's DBTools.h++. This is an object oriented database access tool that is easy to code works reasonably well. I am trying to find perfomance and other information detailing the pros/cons of using RogueWave versus pro*C or perhaps another embedded SQL tool. I performed my own benchmarking tests but am looking for others. Any Ideas?

Thanks,
