Denny,

Click on the Metalink Registration Page at support.oracle.com and follow the instructions. You must have a Customer Support Identifier (CSI) which has been provided by Oracle WWS to register. The company you work for must be registered with Oracle Support with either gold, silver or bronze support. If your company is not registered you cannot access the online documentation.
