Before we upgraded to Oracle 7.3.3 (C 2.1) I build a logging package that used the data in the sqlstm staructre to print the SQL statment and a nicely formatted table with the data obtained by SELECT.

But the new version desclates this structure inside a { } block and I can't get any usfull information - only the returnd code.

Is there a 'backward-compatible' switch telling the procompiler to use a global sqlstm? Or is it saved somewhere internaly?

It is (was) a very usfull debugging tool.

Any ideas?

(I'm sorry if the answer to this is in the books - we don't have them for this version)
