internal error 76180 while executing triggers

Sometimes we get the above error while performing large changes on our
database with a PL-SQL script. The triggers are auditing insert and
delete actions on our tables. Does anyone know what this error code
means?

PLS-00801: Internal Error [76180]
ORA-04088: Error while executing trigger 'SYSTEM.HJOURNAL_B_DELETE'
ORA-06512: at line 187
